Beer 101 is a 4-session course taught by award-winning local brewmaster, Luke Purcell at Collision Bend Brewing Company in Cleveland located on the Cuyahoga River. Learn the history of beer making, understand the different types of beers, discuss the origin of various ingredients, and learn how to pair beers with food to enhance flavors. Complete all four sessions and earn your BeerVersity Diploma, or select one session that interests you the most.
