We will be offering a three-course dinner for $32 per person. All items will also be available a la carte.
- First Course (choice of):
- Arugula Salad with white balsamic dressing, Parmesan cheese, fresh strawberries, pepitas ($8 a la carte)
- Seared Tiger Shrimp with cheese grits, bacon & scallions ($12 a la carte)
- Second Course (choice of):
- Pork Tenderloin with apple chutney & beurre blanc sauce. Accompanied by herb-roasted potatoes and French green beans ($18 a la carte)
- Tomato & Asparagus Pasta with blistered tomatoes, roasted asparagus, garlic, basil, & Parmesan cheese ($15 a la carte)
- Third Course (choice of):
- Pavlova with strawberry coulis, fresh berries & whipped cream
- Chocolate Fudge Brownie with vanilla custard
- The “Drunken Lova”: dessert martini with hazelnut liqueur, Grand Marnier, & Bailey’s. Garnished with a Pavlova on the side of the glass (good for sharing!)

Enjoy a “cocktail flight” ($20 per flight) where couples can share drinks from Collision Bend’s cocktail list. Chose four drinks from the following list:

- Vodka or gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, ginger beer
- In the Pink
- Vodka, lemon juice Pineau de Charentes, Cappelletti, sparkling rose
- Peniche
- Jalapeno & strawberry-infused tequila, lemon juice, strawberry puree
- Hora de Verano
- Organic white wine, elderflower, vodka, citrus, cucumber, mint
